Air fryer spinach frittata . This spinach frittata is a healthy, tasty meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It’s easy to make in bulk and reheat for the week.

Air-Fryer Spinach Frittata (RECIPE)

Ingredients

  • 6 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and completely drained (wring any water out of spinach)
  • 4-5 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp dill weed
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup finely chopped yellow onion
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 to 4 oz crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  • 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.


  • 2. Grease a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray or Pour into a lightly oiled 20cm round springform tin


  • 3. Place it in the air fryer. Bake at 350º F (175º C) for 10-13 minutes, or until eggs are set. Serve hot.
