Air fryer spinach frittata . This spinach frittata is a healthy, tasty meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It’s easy to make in bulk and reheat for the week.

Air-Fryer Spinach Frittata (RECIPE)
Ingredients
- 6 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and completely drained (wring any water out of spinach)
- 4-5 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dill weed
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup finely chopped yellow onion
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 to 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- 2. Grease a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray or Pour into a lightly oiled 20cm round springform tin
- 3. Place it in the air fryer. Bake at 350º F (175º C) for 10-13 minutes, or until eggs are set. Serve hot.
