Air Fryer Zucchini Chips (RECIPE)

Whether you use an air fryer or oven, you can have it on the table in around 30 minutes if you’re quick. This is a picky eater approved recipe, and each 6-ounce serving has 29 grams of filling protein. Let’s get cooking!

Air Fryer Zucchini Chips (RECIPE)

Ingredients



Instructions

  • 1. Using a mandolin or a knife, cut zucchini into 1/8-inch thick slices.


  • 2. Place zucchini slices on a flat surface and season them with salt. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.


  • 3. Blot zucchini with a paper towel to get rid of any excess liquids.


  • 4. Place zucchini chips in a small bowl and season with garlic salt (or your favorite seasoning). Spray with evoo and toss to evenly coat.


  • 5. Place zucchini chips in one layer inside your air fryer basket. Note: You will need to do a couple batches to ensure even cooking and a crispy texture.


  • 6. Air fry at 350 °F for 8 minutes. Flip the zucchini chips and air fry for 5 more minutes or until golden brown.
