In May, I told myself: No more extreme diets, no more calorie-counting apps, and no more all-or-nothing plans.
-I didn’t cut out carbs
-I didn’t give up flavor
-I still had wine on the weekend
-I ate bread — the good kind!
And guess what?
I started losing weight… and gaining energy.
I’m now down 23 pounds, my energy is up, my cravings are down, and for once, food isn’t the enemy.
Here’s what actually worked for me:
This way of eating isn’t about restriction.
It’s about reconnection — with your body, your meals, and your life.
I wish I had known this sooner.
But I’m so glad I know it now.
