4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled or cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Instructions
1. Prepare the brussels sprouts as indicated, shredding or shaving them. Then transfer the sprouts to a large bowl (or refrigerate them for up to two days in a sealed bag or air tight container).
2. Place the onion and radish into the large bowl with the brussels sprouts and give the ingredients a quick toss. You can add the optional sprouts as well. Then add the dried fruit.
3. Whisk the dressing until well blended and the drizzle about half of it over the salad. Toss the salad and then add additional dressing as needed.
4. Cover and refrigerate the salad for 20 minutes up to an hour.
5. Add the nuts to the bowl, give the ingredients a quick toss and serve. You can add cheese if desired.
