1. Preheat your oven at 370F (187.78 degrees Celsius)
2. In a sheet pan place the green beans and potatoes and drizzle with the olive oil and pepper
3. Cook until fork tender (Around 35 min)
4. In the meantime, prepare your pesto. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
5. When potatoes and green beans are fork tender, place the salmon pieces and cherry tomatoes in the sheet pan
6. Brush generously the pesto on top of salmon and veggies
7. Cook for 12-15 min or until salmon is cooked through
8. Drizzle with a squeeze of lemon and serve.
